As with yesterday's WV 2A article, this comes courtesy of my younger brother...
Below is a summary of six Pro-Second Amendment Bills that are working their way through the West Virginia Senate.
In combination with the companion bills in the West Virginia House of Delegates, there are a total of 17 Pro-Second Amendment Bills in progress.
There are presently zero Anti-Second Amendment Bills in development.
Given the impending Federal overreach with respect to the 2nd Amendment the two most impactful bills are SB 353 and SB 365 which, in conjunction with their four companion bills in the House: HB 2216, 2159, 2537 & 2197; represent six bills that deal with nullification of Federal Firearm Laws and Executive Orders, as well as State Laws to one degree or another.
Others are impactful as well, though absent a national impact if they were to pass.
If you are a West Virginia resident you can locate your Senator here: http://www.wvlegislature.gov/Senate1/roster.cfm to encourage them to vote in favor of the bills.
