The particulars concerning the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt have been bugging me for the last month.
On Learning of Babbitt’s Death
The evening of January 6, as I was decompressing from the day’s events, is when I recall learning about the shooting of Ashli Babbitt inside the Capitol. I copied links to multiple posts on Parler with the intent of reviewing the videos later. Sadly, those are currently inaccessible, so I’ve spent the last several days rooting around the internet looking for them or similar videos.
I believe it was that evening, when I first saw the interview with Thomas Baranyi, which is embed here. My initial impression was that he was sincere, more on that directly.
Also, that eve, a friend texted me this photo, along with several others; her comment, “Not Trump antics.”
One the way home to North Carolina the next day I chatted with another friend, who is a former Rockette dancer and has done background television work in New York. She pointed out that it all seemed staged. Several days later, I first saw a video of Babbitt's death, which had segments in slow motion. Since then, I’ve had real questions about what actually occurred inside the Capitol that day.
About four days ago, someone, InfoWars, I think, put out a composite video [1] of the shooting, this one with a time hack running in the upper left of the screen. After watching that, I started wondering again about Ms. Babbitt. I dug some more, found a video of a supposed funeral [2] of her, and posted it on my social media with the comment:
Too much production value in the videos of the "shooting" of Ashli Babbitt. "Cops" just phoning it in - not going after the shooter, no sense of urgency, etc. - nor, is there any blood splatter on the wall across from her? 🤔 But there is NOTHING on any mainstream media about her funeral...
While there are multiple articles on the subject, there are a few additional points I want to highlight, some using screen shots, which I’ve not seen elsewhere. Although many have already raised similar concerns or questions, I hope that this discussion will be from a new, or at least slightly different, perspective.
In the Speaker’s Lobby
In the composite video [1], we can first see Ashli clearly at time 2:41:28 and a few moments later at 2:42:06.
Several moments later, we see the three guards, who were at the doors depart to head down the stairs, as if on cue; why do they abandon their posts? If they knew that the tactical officers were on the way, would not stay until they were fully in position?
Why does the window on the left door just pop out from the top after one or two impacts when the other panes took repeated bashing and remained essentially intact?
As you watch the video [1], notice that moments before the left pane is popped out, she’s just waiting by the wall. The guy who hit the top of it with his helmet, the one in glasses, seems to look at her to say go on thru. Next, as Ashli climbs thru the window, notice how high her torso is…
As pointed out in the False Flag video, the shooter aims level across the hall. That video is already in slow motion; I reduced the play back speed to one quarter. Here are screen captures of the moment just prior and just after the shot, when the gun first starts to recoil. Note carefully the angles of the barrel.
Why does no one pursue the shooter? Who is the lead “officer” signaling to at the other end of the hall?
In both videos, just after Ashley falls, we see Thomas Baranyi, in the blue jacket, rather unconcerned and texting on his phone, maybe taking a photo of Babbitt on the floor. He is supposedly 28, was discharged from USMC Basic Training and had volunteered in the Peace Corps. It is doubtful that he has seen anyone get shot at close range, possible, yet doubtful. However, his demeanor is all very nonchalant. In retrospect, his interview later outside seems all too rehearsed.
Forty-nine seconds later, we see him talking on his phone, but also in this screen capture, as many have pointed out, can someone please explain where the fuck is the blood spatter on the wall opposite the shooter??? Baranyi stated that she was shot in the neck, yet another report states that she was shot in the chest. Either way, wouldn’t there be blood splatter on the opposite wall?
Also, in the clip above, as pointed out at the end of the slow motion video, who is that guy in the suit, who lowers Babbitt down and first attends to her??
And what about this, why is there professional A/V equipment present at the scene!?
In both videos, there seems to be no sense of urgency with the “officers” to assist the victim, to clear the area, or otherwise take control of the situation. It all seems as if they are just acting, and badly at that. That said, a colleague, who was a former state police officer, watched the combined video without prior knowledge. His assessment is that all the “cops” were clueless; however, he did qualify, “It all depends on the training they had.” Maybe the Capitol Police were not sufficiently trained for such a situation?
Fowler’s Pool Service
Babbitt supposedly owned a pool cleaning company, Flowler’s Pool Service [3], with her husband, as reported by Alex Riggins and the Associated Press in the San Diego Union-Tribune. Here’s Riggins’s LinkedIn profile, by the way. That she owned the pool service is at least partly true. The California State Licensing Board lists Martha Ann Fowler and Ashli Elizabeth McEntee (Babbitt’s supposed prior married surname) as owners. Note the association date of Ashli as CEO of 05/01/2018.
Note that the license for Fowler's Pool Service expired at the end of March 2018. That Babbitt was assigned as CEO one month after the license expired could be something, it could be nothing.
Other Oddities
All the reports of her death read as the same eyewash: The San Diego Union-Tribune, MSN [3], Fox, CNN, etc.
Babitt’s Twitter page [3] has very little original material, consisting mostly of retweets.
As pointed out by streiff on RedState, what justified the shooting? She really didn’t present a threat at that point. Michael Devon asks the very pointed questions, who is the shooter, why don’t we know? He supposedly has been put on administrative leave, but who is he?
tori_detroit put the video up about Babbitt’s “funeral” [2] on January 26. I have dug for the last three days and can still find NOTHING about her funeral.
Closing & Endnote
I don’t know if Ms. Babbitt was actually shot to death last month or if her “death” was staged along with a significant amount of the activity that day. However, there are some very peculiar points of evidence concerning the events in the Speaker’s Lobby as well her entire persona. Given enough money, and the proper skill set, how hard would it be, really, to create an entire false social media profile, one that on first blush seems real, but upon closer inspection raises enough questions to make one wonder?
I had wanted to publish this yesterday, February 6, 2021, but when the California State Licensing Board website went down mid-day, supposedly for maintenance, I decided to wait and see if it came back up. As of the initial publishing of this at 08:23 EST, February 7, 2021, it is still down.

A few weeks ago, Sundance over at The Treehouse, who I increasingly believe has some serious blinders on regrading Trump, posted this about about author Jack Cashill discussing his new book, ASHLI: The Untold Story of the Women of January 6. I watched about 30 seconds of the discussion where Cashill is describing the moments Babbitt climbed thru the door window in the capitol hall. That was enough to know that he had it all wrong and prompted me to email him a copy of this article, for all the good it won't do. However, I suspected that some of the links herein were dead, and I was correct. So, one has been updated [1], an explanation added for a dead link [2], several others tagged as dead [3], and a screenshot added [4]. As soon as I finish these updates, I'll email Cashill.
In the interviewing years since I first published this on February 7, 2021, I have become increasingly convinced that the entire episode was staged, and was part of the Parliamentary Motive Behind the J6 Fedsurection (and I do agree with Sundance on this) and another cog to keep the narrative going that what happened that day was horrible beyond belief.
I know about the lawsuits Judicial Watch has filed and really have to wonder what is going on there. Is Tom Cotton compromised and playing a role in keep the ruse on?? At some point in 2021, I started looking into the law firm that was/is supposedly representing Babbitt's husband, and there was something off about all that, but I didn't bother to annotate that trail. There are too many rabbit holes to run down!
In looking for updated links of The Death Of Ashli Babbitt: Final Minutes Including UNRELEASED Footage! [1], I came across 153News.net. A search on Babbitt and Babbit comes up with some very interesting stuff where folks have done a great job of tracking down the person who played Babbitt on January 6, Ms. Ashley Nylen. The reader can judge for themselves, but my money is on the hoaxers.

This was a total Hollywood Movie and not very well done. As a vet, I am more than familiar with firearms. I'm really an expert. There was no real shooting. It was totally fake as your article, and many others point out. But, it doesn't end there. Try doing a follow up on all the various details of "her" life. I did and came to the 100% conclusion the "shooting was an illusion". Go to multiple search engines and query all about her high school info. Try to find her Certificate of Death, her Obituary Notice, her Autopsy Report, her military service record, her friends and any and everything one could normally find. Considering she is now somewhat "famo…
