The Constitution and Leadership
As I did over 34 years ago, you have all sworn to,
…support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.
As Jefferson so elegantly stated in the opening of the second paragraph to the Declaration of Independence,
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,…
The ONLY reason for the establishment of a government is to PROTECT the rights of Men. The Constitution, and the Bill of Rights in particular, are therefore restraints on government. And at the core of these foundational documents is a respect for the God given, Natural rights of the individual human being.
From flag officer to new enlisted recruit, all those who serve respect the chain of command, especially that of the civilian leadership, the President and Secretary of Defense. All servicemembers follow orders and expect those under their command to follow their orders. However, there is a concept, which many seem to have forgotten or which is no longer taught, that is orders must be lawful and legal. Orders must be lawful and legal. Furthermore, all orders must be in accordance with the Constitution.
There is another seemingly forgotten concept, which is that of servant leadership. Your job as commanders, as leaders, is to prepare your soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines to take the fight to the enemy and win, with minimal bloodshed. You must prepare them with training, weapons, and logistic support to succeed in the mission. You must empower them. That is your overriding task, which you can only achieve through attention to a multitude of details.
There are, however, two supportive tasks and details associated with them, that above all others must never, ever, escape your attention.
The first task is that you must cultivate a deep understanding of the text, ideals, and concepts embedded within the Constitution. How can you support and defend it, or expect those under your command to do so, without taking the time and attention to truly comprehend it? You cannot. If you have not read the Constitution in some time, if ever, which I suspect many guilty of, I encourage you to do so immediately upon finishing this article.
The second task is that you must cultivate an unquenchable thirst for truth. For only when you have truth and facts at hand, are you able to make proper decisions about training, tactics, strategy, weapons procurement, and support. TRUTH and FACTS ladies and gentlemen.
Finally, you must lead by example. The example must be in your bearing, demeanor, presentation, skill and your uncompromising attention to the Constitution and Truth. You must not only talk the talk; you must walk the walk.
The COVID Scamdemic
And now, we come to the crux of the matter. For the last year I have yelled at the politicians of all levels, both over the phone and via now countless emails and letters, about the COVID lies, constitutional over-reaches, and shredding of liberty. Corporate interests have bought and paid for most politicians, and the replies I have received from them have been nothing but flippant. I have fought on social media, argued with family, friends and colleagues, past and present. Some understand what is going on, sadly most do not.
Very early into this madness, I did the hard work of tuning out the mainstream media, chasing down the rabbit holes, educating myself, learning the truth about what was, and still is, going on with this scamdemic. Here are but a smattering of the ugly truths about the COVID scamdemic:
The CDC has been manipulating data on COVID19 since the beginning of last year.
COVID19 has a survival rate on the order of 99.9% for the entire population, and certainly for the active-duty military population. For those in certain demographics, obese, smokers, or those over age 75, the survival rate drops to something on the order of 98%. Hard to pin it down as CDC keeps playing whack-a-mole by changing definitions.
The aggregate number of deaths year over year, to include 2020, is statistically insignificant.
Face masks do absolutely NOTHING to stop the spreads of aerosols. They are damaging to human health and only serve to virtue signal one’s inane submission to a lie, or to their own stupidity.
Social distancing is a means to isolate us; it has nothing to do with health.
Asymptomatic spread is a lie.
Lockdowns are unconstitutional and have done more harm than good.
Vaccines are full of poison substances. The COVID19 “vaccines” do not meet the legal definition of a vaccine. In fact, they have been deployed under FDA Emergency Use Authorization. They use an unproven mRNA methodology, which modifies human DNA.
Robert R. Redfield and Deborah L. Birx were called out for medical fraud years ago when on active duty in the U.S. Army.
Anthony Fauci is incompetent.
The scamdemic is being push by international actors who have only their own psychopathic self-interests at heart.
COVID19 is a means to an end for these actors, among those ends was the fraudulent theft of the U.S. President, multiple federal senators, congressmen, and state governorships in the 2020 elections.
The above points are truths and facts. I am intentionally not putting hyperlinks nor references on them, nor elsewhere herein, because there are multiple ones elsewhere on my website and any number of other resources. I have done my homework on these issues. I encourage you to do the same.
The Military Must Stop Participating
Why have I addressed this to the military leadership? For the last year, I have also watched, painfully, as the military played along with the COVID games, requiring servicemembers to wear face masks, pushing, but not yet requiring, COVID vaccines, enforcing social distancing and quarantine as troops and military contractors transverse the globe, posting signs of 'The New Normal.' As far as I am aware of, not a single senior officer has come forth and called bullshit on this stupidity. Not one. Please, please correct me if I am wrong.
Lockdowns are unconstitutional, they are neither legal nor lawful. Mandating face masks is harmful to servicemembers in ways that are inconsistent with personal safety, health, and counterproductive to mission accomplishment. I submit to you that to do so is neither legal nor lawful; it is in fact abusive. Likewise, with pushing vaccination and quarantine for service members who are not ill. By participating in all these things, you are participating in lies. You are in fact, failing in your oath to support and defend the Constitution because you are ENABLING its enemies, who are indeed both foreign and domestic.
Ladies and gentlemen, nefarious actors are pushing, and pushing hard, intent on destroying this republic, denouncing the very concepts upon which she was founded, and rewriting our history so that our progeny hate the U.S.A., rather than respect her. The country is on a perilous trajectory. The time may soon come when the military may be ordered to turn against citizens who refuse vaccines, who refuse to wear masks, who refuse to turn in our weapons.
If you cannot, or have not, taken the time to understand what is really going on with the continuation of the COVID games, to understand the truth, how can we expect you to uphold your oath? If you have allowed this charade to persist for the last year, why on earth would we expect you to do the right thing and refuse to follow illegal, unlawful, and unconstitutional orders? You have not thus far.
The above is a harsh statement, for certain. Not all in the military are guilty of complicity. But the stupidity must end, and the end must start at the top. It takes one flag officer, one squadron CO, one command master chief, to stand up and say:
Enough. Enough of the bullshit virtue signaling. Enough of wearing a stupid mask all the time. Enough of acting like my fellow solider is diseased and a walking COVID cloud. Enough of the lies.
Others will follow. But until then, the military is complicitly part of the lie, part of the problem, and enabling the enemy.

Do the right thing, learn the truth, stop participating in the lies, uphold your oath and be part of the solution.
